Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Process:

  • Notification: Customers are required to submit cancellation requests to Travotrails in writing. This can be done via email or letter to ensure clear communication and documentation.

  • Contact Information: Cancellation requests should include the booking reference number, full name, and contact details of the customer for prompt processing.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Airlines and Hotel Booking through Travotrails: If customers book both airlines and hotel accommodations through Travotrails, refunds will be processed as per the fare rules and cancellation policies of the respective airlines and hotels. Travotrails will facilitate refunds in accordance with these policies.

  • Booking Deposit Refund: If customers opt not to book airlines through Travotrails, the booking deposit of 10,000 Indian Rupees (INR) will be refunded within one week of the booking date. If customer calls after that then no refund will be given.

3. Process:

  • Written Request: Once a cancellation request is received, Travotrails initiates the cancellation process with the respective airlines and hotels on behalf of the customer, adhering to their fare rules and policies.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with the fare rules and cancellation policies of the airlines and hotels. Travotrails ensures timely facilitation of refunds to eligible customers.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Review Policies: Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the fare rules and cancellation policies of the airlines and hotels involved in their booking.

  • Timely Communication: Prompt communication of cancellation requests to Travotrails ensures accurate record-keeping and appropriate management of the booking.

5. Force Majeure Events:

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters or travel advisories, Travotrails may provide assistance in navigating cancellation processes with the airlines and hotels, although refunds will be subject to their policies.

  • For any inquiries or assistance regarding cancellations, customers are encouraged to reach out to Travotrails' customer service team. Contact details are provided for ease of communication.

Note: Refunds for cancellations are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the airlines and hotels involved. If both airlines and hotel bookings are made through Travotrails, the booking deposit of 10,000 Indian Rupees (INR) is refundable but only as per the fare rules of airlines & hotel. Customers are advised to carefully review these policies before making bookings.
