2. Payment and Pricing:

• Booking Deposit: To secure a reservation, customers are required to pay a booking deposit of 10,000 Indian Rupees (INR), along with any additional costs associated with flight bookings made through Travotrails. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and demonstrates the customer's intention to proceed with the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total booking amount and is non-refundable.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and third-party payment platforms. Payment details are securely processed to protect your information.

• Payment Deadline: Full payment for the booking must be received by Travotrails no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled travel date. Failure to make full payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the booking deposit.

• Pricing: Prices displayed on our website or mobile application are subject to change and may vary based on factors such as travel dates, availability, and currency fluctuations. We strive to provide accurate pricing information but cannot guarantee the availability of specific prices until your booking is confirmed.

3. Booking Confirmation:

• Confirmation Email: Upon successful booking and receipt of the booking deposit, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details, itinerary, and payment receipt. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.

• Booking Changes: Any changes or modifications to your booking must be requested in accordance with our change policy (see Change Policy section below).

4. Cancellation and Refunds:
